What equipment do I need?

You can use as much or as little equipment as you like. We recommend a set of light weights (1-1.5kg), heavy weights (3-4kg), Pilates ball and resistance bands. 

How many days a week should I be taking class?

3 to 4 classes a week is your sweet spot for building noticeable results and strength. However, if you are brand new to these workouts, try 2 classes a week and build your way up gradually. 

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel, you must LOGIN to your Body Zone account -> select your profile -> click account -> manage subscription -> cancel membership.

Does my membership renew automatically?

Yes, all memberships operate on a recurring basis. 

Are the recipes backed by a certified nutritionist?

Yes, your nutritionist, Gigi is a talented and fully qualified nutritionist.

Do you offer refunds?
