Boost your motivation and dive into this 2 week long barre challenge. With 8 brand new workouts ranging in length, intensity and focus, we start to 'awaken' and blossom just like the nature around us!

The February Self Love Challenge 
 

2 weeks, 8 brand new on demand workouts. Including positive, body affirming barre workouts, strength flows and restorative yoga. This challenge is designed to remind you of how capable you are, to celebrate the act of moving your body and to dive into the ultimate act of self love. 

The January Consistency Challenge 
 

It's time to get your glow back. The winter months certainly don't make it easy to stay on track. But this challenge will dive into a 360 degree to wellness which will leave you feeling accomplished, balanced, healthy and confident. 

Includes: classic Body Zone barre, sculpting floor workouts, meditation, yoga flow and stretch.

The Reset Challenge
 

A 4 week long on demand challenge consisting of 4 classes a week. Regain your strength & your spark with a mixture of barre, sculpting workouts and stretch classes. 

Train Like A Dancer
 

A two week on demand challenge. Using inspiration from real ballet and dance conditioning, we sculpt and lengthen the body like never before. Think strength and flexibility!
