We will be headed to South West London for an afternoon of classic Body Zone barre, a calming stretch & release class & of course, post class we will be chatting over prosecco or non alcoholic alternative.

 

I absolutely love these afternoons as it’s a real chance to connect with you guys but more importantly it’s such a lovely opportunity to chat amongst like minded women. Please feel free to come on your own or you are very welcome to come with a friend!
